Do Exhaust Systems Made For The M5 Fit The 550I?
if you’re talking of the current models, then i doubt it. the 550i has a 4.8L naturally-aspirated V8 engine, while the M5 has a 5.0 double-VANOS V10 engine. that alone makes the headers incompatible. now if you’re talking of just the tailpipe they’re still different, the M5 has larger diameter pipes. if you want the sound you’re better off starting out with a custom kit from the start instead of getting something and then customizing it, you’ll most likely end up spending more.
