Unfortunately, they do not. You can apply for worker’s comp separately, under our Liability Insurance menu, and we will provide you with a quote. Alternatively, you can elect to include performer coverage in your policy (you are asked this question on the application). This will cover up to $5,000 in medical expenses (per occurrence) for any injury to performers while they are in performance. This additional coverage will not cover injury to non-performing independent contractors or employees that are working on your event unless they are volunteers.
