Do entities actually change an existing EVP to say something else?
We have hundreds of EVP examples in our computers, and over the years, we have send examples around the world via a CD, audio cassette and email, yet we have no record of an example being changed. There is quite a lot of “popular wisdom” about examples being changed by the entities back in the days of analog recording, but it was usually felt that, once they were put on CD, they would not be changed.Here is what we do know. As with the visual forms of ITC, you usually have to “find” the information in the noise.
