ADSL Direct sells an advanced DSL service, often with value-added features and management, and can possibly act as an IT department for customers with PC or LAN issues unrelated to the link itself please contact our sales dept on 9948 1199 if you wish to get further information. Any problems with the link, or any ADSL Direct provided equipment for the link such as a modem or firewall would be supported by ADSL Direct free of charge, but the configuration of individual PCs, servers, the local area network etc cannot be supported by ADSL Direct. Examples include there being nothing wrong with the link but an individual PC not having Internet Explorer configured correctly, or the customer LAN (inc hub s, switches etc) going down.
