Do END USERS always have to dial the access number?

In order for them to access our service and take advantage of our low rates, they will have to dial either our toll free access number or local access number to place their call. TelMyCard now offers local access numbers in certain areas. They can choose their local access number by visiting our Access Numbers page. If they do not dial our access number the calls will be placed through their local phone company or long distance carrier.
