No. EFOY fuel cells are maintenance free. What‘s more, they operate fully automatically. The integrated Automatic Charge Control regulator permanently monitors both battery and charge level. If the battery voltage drops below 12.3 volts, the EFOY cuts in, recharges the battery, and automatically cuts out. You don‘t have to worry about a thing, except changing the fuel cartridge when it’s empty.
