Do Early Childhood Educators have to change diapers?

0

As an Early childhood special educator, I share diaper changing duties with my staff in the developmental preschool classroom. In regular preschools, or those for students at-risk, it is likely that you will have some children who haven’t reached that ability yet. Encouraging capable students to change themselves is reasonable, but you have to weigh that idea carefully with your team and the parents.
