Do Dynamics Gymnastics know of any Level 2 + coaches who can run after school clubs or support teachers in delivering the National Curriculum?
There is not an abundance of gymnastics coaches qualified to Level 2 or above so the answer is typically no but its always worth asking. At the moment, the few Level 2 + coaches we do have are mostly in full time education themselves during the day and tend to work at Dynamics Gymnastics classes during the few hours after school. Viktoria has, however, recently been employed by the Cambridge City School Sports Partnership to work 10 hours a week in schools to assist teachers with the delivery of the National Curriculum. In addition to this, Nikki has recently taken a step back from the administration side of running Dynamics Gymnastics with a view to increasing the amount of time available to develop school/club links. The purpose of this will be to recruit more teenagers into coaching but also to train and potentially qualify teachers in teaching and coaching gymnastics. Ultimately, we hope to help local schools to deliver the Gymnastics National Curriculum and extra-curricular clubs
