Do DWPI First View records include Derwent Primary Accession Numbers (PANs)?

No. In the current DWPI production process, PANs are assigned only upon completion of the last piece of value-add data prior to extracting the new record for inclusion in products. As a result, PANs are not available at the time that a DWPI First View update is being created for newly published patents.
