Do drug sniffing dogs ever make mistakes?

Yes it’s happened. They can smell if drugs were in contact with anything from weeks if not months ago. That’s why they can’t use money as evidence. You don’t realize how much money is used in drug sales. Even the cash in your pocket right now has been used in some drug sales at one point or another. I used to be friends with a Red Dog Police officer in Atlanta and he told me a lot. We were in a barber shop with his dog and the dog hit on the barber’s briefcase. The barber opened it up and proved there was nothing in it but it was given to him by a guy that was once busted for drugs.
