Yes they are predominately caucasoid. What determines race is from cranial facial morphology and not skin color. Dravidians are the dark-pigmented end of the caucasoid spectrum. They are anything but Negroids just because they both same skin tone doesn’t mean they are related. It’s just like how a red apple is more similar to a green apple than a red strawberry.
