Yes, download purchases require web browsing usage and if the user’s monthly Browsing Limits have been met or are close to being met, the download purchase may fail. If the purchase completes but there is not enough browsing usage remaining to complete the actual download, we recommend you raise the Browsing Limit and complete the download. Downloads must be completed within 24 hours from date/time of purchase.
