Yes, double-sided pages count as two print jobs. The computers print double-sided pages by default, but can be changed to single-sided. When you print a double-sided document the only cost saving is the paper. Double-sided printing has its own costs, such as toner, the duplexer in the printer, and additional staff time needed to clear print jams often caused by double-sided printing.
