Do dogs hate Black people?
No, dogs do not hate a specific race unless they are raised to dislike a certain race, and that is more to the fault of the owner not the dog. The other reason that a dog might not like someone that is black in color is if someone had done something terrible to the dog at a young age. Dogs have a great memory and when it comes to someone hurting them as a pup they can remember it. This is again not something that discriminates to only black people this can be black, white, Caucasian, Asian any color of the rainbow.
