Do divisions leaders automaticly get home court advantahge even if their a bad seed?

The Division Leader always gets a Top 4 Seed, but it doesn’t guarantee them home court advantage. It depends on the record and if it’s a tie it goes by tiebreaker (who won the season series). If the 5 seed has a better record than the 4 seed than the 5 seed gets the home court advantage.
