Do different color light bulbs have different heat waves?

Good question! The color of a bulb (red, yellow, white, etc.) is not going to affect the heat output as much as the wattage. A 200 W bulb will put out much more heat than a 40 watt bulb, if they’re both incandescent. Fluorescent bulbs don’t give off much heat. You might want to set up a matrix – several 40 watt bulbs of different colors, and then several white bulbs of different wattages. If you want to get fancy, figure out a way to measure how much electricity each bulb uses, then you can chart electricity use vs. heat output. Just as idea. Good luck!
