Do different arrangements apply to people undertaking agricultural work?
Yes. The accommodation offset provisions of the Agricultural Wages Order (AWO) apply in a narrower set of circumstances. They apply where an agricultural worker is provided with either a house or other accommodation by their employer and that accommodation is provided in accordance with the worker’s contract of employment.
