Some debentures do carry an entitlement to parking, but most do not. Some debenture holders who purchased debentures for the first time between 1980 and 1995, and who have purchased new debentures as their original ones expired, have an entitlement. Anyone who purchased debentures for the first time since 1995 does not have an entitlement.
