Do De Meeuw units comply with the provisions of the Dutch Building Directive?

0

The requirements of the Building Directive vary according to such factors as the distance to the nearest adjacent property, the life expectancy of the building (where less than five years is classified as a temporary’ structure and more than five years as permanent’) and the intended usage. Any project which will be in use for more than five years must comply with the terms of the Building Directive for permanent structures. De Meeuw projects are not exempt. Different arrangements exist for structures to be used for between one and five years. Please ask our representative for further information given your specific situation.
