Currently (April 2002), Cyc terms have GUIDs, not URIs. We posted cyc-upper ontology at daml.org (last year) and have uris there, but the format we used then pointed into static web pages at our site.Cyc terms can be renamed but the guid never changes. Therefore, we need to incorporate the guid into the uri. Currently, URIs are accounted for in the data structure for each constant, but they are not yet used in code.
