There are many factors, which can have a direct influence on body health and Physical activity levels. This study aims to investigate the physiological response corresponding to the current exercise guidelines in different temperatures (18 ºC & 30 ºC). The objective is to determine whether the current exercise prescription guidelines need to be modified according to the environment in summer season to promote the public health awareness.
