ETFS Foreign Exchange Limited has achieved Reporting Fund status for the Currency ETCs listed prior to June 2010. This protects the tax treatment of ETF Securities products as capital gains. An application for Reporting Fund status has been submitted for Currency ETCs listed since June 2010. For any future listings of Currency ETCs, it is intended to apply for Reporting Fund status within the relevant timeframe. Click here for full list.
