Do CTPs have to complete the RA01 form as well as the IGT?
The requirement relating to RA01 forms is only applicable to organisations that use or will be using NHS CFH Smartcards. If you do not use or will not be using these you should score the requirement at level 3 and enter the words ” Not Applicable as we do not use / will not be using NHS CFH Smartcards” in the comments box.
