Do Crest White Strips actually work?

Actually, they can work, but it depends on the person. For example, my teeth are permanently stained from flouride…sooo, when I use white strips, it brings out the stains as it whitens. They do WORK, but if the kids have stains around where the braces were, it may make that worse. Also, they make your teeth SUPER sensitive. If using, make sure to accompany with sensidine toothpaste. Try using peroxide first. On the bottle it says that peroxide can be used as a mouth wash (equal parts peroxide and water)….also try applying directly to brush and brushing teeth with it…that’ll help whitening and be beneficial to the gums.
