Do cramps the day after sex mean conception?
Usually conception happens anywhere for 6-12 days after you ovulate. Same with implantation or implantation bleeding. Some people say that they never feel conception but I did with both my daughters. I knew the exact day that I got pregnant. So you could possibly have conception cramps. With my first daughter I had conception cramps the next day because we had sex the day I ovulated and the sperm met the egg that night. So yes you could be feeling conception cramping. However if you get your period then the egg did not attach itself to the uterus and will be discarded with your period.
