Do “continuing education” courses qualify for the 40 hours of clinical supervisor competency education requirements?
Yes. The qualifying coursework must be obtained from a recognized provider of Continuing Education that provides documentation of that course work, which may include employer-documented in-house trainings. Documentation from the training agency (on agency letterhead or by formal certificates of completion of the training) must be included with the CSC Application to be considered.
