Do consumers want to opt-in or opt-down at Catalog Choice?
As a result of interest from both merchants and our consumer members, Catalog Choice has evolved from a catalog opt-out service to a mail preference service. Providing consumers the option of receiving fewer catalogs from a mailer as well as requesting catalogs they wish to receive gives our members more choices and our participating merchants expanded marketing opportunities.
As a result of interest from both merchants and our consumer members, Catalog Choice has evolved from a catalog opt-out service to a mail preference service. Providing consumers the option of receiving fewer catalogs from a mailer as well as requesting catalogs they wish to receive gives our members more choices and our participating merchants expanded marketing opportunities. Initial results over the first 4 months of the opt-down service show that 10% of the members will opt-down or opt-in.
