A. Yes. With the release of software, v4.4.10, support for IP un-numbered Frame Relay is included. Read the Compatible Systems Tech Note Un-numbered Frame Relay to determine the additional keywords that are needed to configure the WAN port of a router to work on an IP un-numbered Frame Relay connection. A sample configuration is also included.
