Do companies have control over what Feedback they wish to have appear?
No. 100% of verifiable, non-fraudulent Feedback items submitted will appear as part of a company’s profile unless the Feedback violates one of our published Feedback policies. Companies can in no way manipulate their Feedback profile. • How do I know that companies haven’t submitted Feedback for themselves? We use a variety of techniques to prevent Feedback fraud, including the manual review of selected evaluations. We also log IP addresses and require full contact information for verification. Fraudulent evaluations by employees or affiliates of a company will not be accepted. • How do I know that my competitors won’t fraudulently submit negative Feedback for me? We apply the same techniques to prevent fraudulent evaluations of this sort.
