Do coats and costumes hang in a special location?
Costumes hang on designated racks in the front of the clothing store. They may be brought to either sale unless they are clearly Halloween costumes (pumpkins, ghosts, witches) Halloween costumes should be brought only in the Fall. Coats will hang on special racks the first few days of the Fall/Winter sale to alleviate rack crowding.
