Do classification markings have to be a particular size or color?
No. However, the classification label must be prominent so that it is noticeable to anyone seeing the material, in hard copy, electronic or other form. Remember that classification markings are a tool to put anyone receiving the material on notice to protect it. Therefore, the notice must be conspicuous to a receiver of the material.
