Chinese water dragons do not brumate. They might slow down just a little during the cooler months, but it’s not considered brumation by any means. How about UVB? You haven’t mentioned having that. Having it at the right distance is also important. Depending on the type/style/brand of UVB source you use determines the distance to the basking area.
