Do children have to collect pledges?
Children 12 and under do not have to collect pledges, but they are encouraged to experience fundraising. Some enjoy participating as Change Bandits, collecting coins in advance of the walk from family, friends, and neighbors. When registering for the walk online, you can indicate if you would like your child to fundraise by simply designating them as a child fundraiser during registration.
