Do child beauty pageants fit the stereotype in reality?

in my opinion no! I did the HIGH Glitz and I mean HIGH glitz pageant when I was little from age 3-11, and I won over 100 crowns and titles, I wasn’t forced to do them, my mom entered me into a few natural pageants when I first started but then *I* went to a glitz/natural pageant and saw all the glitzed up girls looking like “princesses” and I asked my mom if I could do those kind and she said yes, and well so on…. i haven’t been damaged developmentally, I’m 20, healthy, mentally and physically, and have a 3.4 GPA in college in a Biology major!
