Do Chihuahuas cause allergies in people?
I will mention this briefly for those of you who may be concerned. Some say yes, some say no. I do know that since Chihuahuas are so small, when they run out in the yard or park or through the flower garden, they can bring in grass and other pollens on their coat. So for example, if you are allergic to grass pollen, your Chihuahua runs through the grass and comes in covered with pollen, then you might think that you are allergic to your Chihuahua. Some people are allergic to pet dander. In that case they shouldn’t own a pet. Use your own personal experience and wisdom.
