Yes, all of the cabs here take credit cards… They don’t like to use credit cards for short trips because it isn’t worth it for them because they have to pay like a $2 ATM fee to charge your card. So sometimes it’s just not worth their time. Try to have cash for short trips, and use a credit card for a trip over $20, like to the airport or something. Either way, if you read that information that’s bolted to the backseat of every cab in the city, cab drivers can’t refuse you because you’re paying with a credit card. If it’s all you have, just don’t mention it and hand it to them at the end of the ride. And if you feel bad about it, leave a few extra bucks so it evens out for them.
