No. Changes that are not listed in revised section 9767.8 may be submitted when the next modification filing required by that section is filed. These include, but are not limited to, changes to the format of the provider listings filed with DWC; the MPN plan description of notice distribution; and other plan changes that are not listed in the revised section 9767.8.
