Do Cats Really Have 9 Lives?

He’d lost more than half his body weight, and he stank of fuel oil…. I have a cat that climbs to the roof of my house – that’s roughly 45 feet at the peek – and removes “visitors” from the eves. I had a cat that ate a Christmas light. (only the once) I had a cat that was so terrified of water I had to move the litter box after someone washed their hands while he was in there… the one time I had to wash him (he got into paint – was covered in it) he made sounds Stephen King couldn’t conceive of. (He lived to be 24 years old) friend has a cat that has 21/2 paws, 1/3 of a tail, one eye, and no ears…. she was found frozen into a drainage ditch. Her fir has since grown back. Not only do I honestly believe that cats have nine lives – most cats *use them*.
