Do cats need to be bathed, how can I stop my cats litter tray from smelling so bad?
I had that same thing with my cats tray, he’s a house cat and I love him but hated the little tray smells. We found a great cat little, its called Bob Martin Premium and its like crystals. It soaks up the odours and even the wee (crystals go from white to orange). The packaging says only to be changed once a week but I’ve never tested it and take the pooh out everyday and completely change it every 2/3 days. It is a little more expensive than normal litter but it works out so much better, plus it doesn’t cover everything in litter dust. It might take your cat a few days to get use to it as it looks completely different and crackles when the wee hits it but it didn’t put my cat off or anything. I hope this helps.
