Do cats get dizzy?

Course. Dizziness it to do with the fluid in the middle ear being swished around too much, and since all mammalian species have fluid in the middle ear they can all get dizzy. Dizziness isn’t to do with eyes.

Absolutely. I laugh my head off watching my 2 month old kitten chase his tail until he is dizzy. Doesn’t stop him, though. He just sits a minute, then starts in again. He even lays on his back and trys to catch it that way.
