I don’t get it. You can get insurance whether you are married or not, your wife might want to drive or she might not require to drive and you get a cover to insure you depending on your needs. But all insurers are different and there might be one with a special discount for married couples, if you then try to get on board of this one BUT you are NOT married then… hey, in case they have to pay out you have just given them a reason NOT to pay you! But if you do the thing online, (fill the form I mean) then you will know exactly what they ask, and also you will get prices from different brokers, it might be cheaper to just compare, instead of going for some strange special deal for couples.
