I think it depends on how you define success. My solo record has not been released in the US yet, but I wouldn’t measure its success by that. Who is your favourite fellow nominee and why? Who is your favourite un-nominated Canadian artist/band and why? Alexisonfire is my favorite fellow nominee. Billy Talent and Tragically Hip are pretty great too. My favorite un-nominated band is Attack in Black. They are super rad guys that play music that amazes me! Their lyrics kill me. Everyone should be listening to them. Bob Rock is this year’s Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee. Who do you think should be honoured next year? Blue Rodeo and Ron Sexsmith.
