Do campers need to have a completed medical/waiver form?
• Yes. Every camper needs to have a completed medical form signed by a parent/guardian to be able to participate at camp. The medical form/waiver must have the parents signature and the camper’s signature to be valid and submitted with the applications/registration form and payment. • What happens if a camper is seriously injured? • If a camper should become injured during the camp, normal procedure will involve routine examination and evaluation of the situation by staff and trainers.
