Do Buses Run Late?
While the MTD makes every effort to keep its buses operating at the scheduled times, occasionally buses run late. The MTD attempts to add buses to serve a particular route when it is known that there are problems. However, buses may run a bit late if they encounter unexpected problems on the road, when all service vehicles are occupied, or if buses must make detours due to road construction or severe weather. Check this website or call 217.384.8188 for reroute information. The MTD does reserve the right to institute minor route and schedule changes.
