Do buddhists believe in the afterlife?
Afterlife is just… life again. Your desires are “reborn” because you still desire. Once you satisfy a desire, you want it again later. So you are still attached. You don’t want to part away from the material world and its pleasures. So you keep coming back. And you come back based on what you’ve developed your mind as. If you get so indulgent and greedy, to the point that you hoard your territories and possessions with such ferocity, what do you think you’ll become? If you love your possessions and protect your material pleasures SOOOO devotingly, what does that say about you? It obviously says that you are reALLLY REALLY REALLY attached. It says that your perception of reality and life is heavily prioritzed on materials and pleasures. Because you perceive pleasures and materials as such a way of life, you are limited in your perceptions. You deluded yourself so deep into indulgence and pleasure that that is all you see and understand. You no longer have an evolved perception, while
