Do British supermarkets stock Chinese dairy products?

Recalls from China in yesterdays paper (a Belgian one, Het Laatste Nieuws): March 2008: 30 tonnes of steel seized in Italy because it is polluted with radioactive materials. August 2007: Fisher Price calls backs millions of toys because of lead in the paint. July 2007: The EU warns about Chinese toothpaste. Some types contains dangerous solvents. June 2007: People die in Panama after using Chinese cough medicine that contained the wrong type of glycerine. March 2007: Carrefour removed porcelain of the shelves after establishing the paints used contain too much lead. July 2006: A few Chinese die after they take ‘fake’ antibiotics. So it’s not just dairy you have to worry about. I’m seriously considering doing away with ‘Made in China’ around the house as much as possible.
