Do breeders give away runt puppies for free?
Absolutely not. Breeders see the runt puppy as a chance for more money. Because most people see the runt as a smaller cuter dog. in every litter say there were about 12 in the litter, there is the runt about about 10 normal ones, and one abnormal one that would be a little bigger then the rest, this is normally found in little dog breeds. when i got my rat terrier puppy we saw the runt and i just had to have him.
