Do Braxton Hicks contractions mean baby will be early?

When or if you begin to feel Braxton Hicks contractions has nothing to do with determining when the baby will be born. All 4 of my babies were born past their due dates by 9 days, 11 days, 5 days, and 7 days. I only had a few of these practice contractions with my first. With my second I began having them about 6 weeks before he was born. My third pregnancy, I had consistent Braxton Hicks contractions beginning in August and she wasn’t born until November 12. With my 4th, I only had a few a couple weeks before she was born. Subsequent pregnancies typically have more Braxton Hicks contractions, but it isn’t an indicator of an early delivery.
