Do brain Corals poop?

New problem, So, The brain coral looks like its doing well, though now I’ve noticed an explosion of little wormy things in my tank. Now, I can’t say I’ve seen many of these before in my tank, most of them seem to be almost microscopic white skinny worms coming from holes in the rocks or the substrate.
