Do both the sender and receiver have to be OCLC members?
No. Eventually anyone on the Colorado Library Courier can use COKAMO to send to libraries in Missouri and Kansas. We are advertising the service to OCLC libraries to start with, so we can work the kinks out in the new delivery system. Plans are underway to add SWIFT and other resource sharing systems later this year.
